ReVamp... ReNew.... ReCharge.... Launching the Back to Basics Line

I have been waiting a very long time to spill the beans with all these new and exciting changes for Blue Birds Shop! Today, I get to spill the beans, showcase the new prices. And officially launch the Back to Basics Line!

If you have been following along this past year you may have seen quite a few changes already. Maybe you thought what in the world is going on in the nest. Maybe you thought I flew the nest. I am here and have been tending to my little birdies. Where can you find me? Here are the links to all things Blue Birds! www.bluebirdsshop.bigcartel.com https://www.facebook.com/laura.thorp.96?fref=ts Oh No! you say. No more face book pages? Yes that is right sorry everyone but in order to make my day less typing I am hopping on over to twitter and instagram with a new series of user friendly videos! Follow me on over by looking for @BlueBirdsShop!!!! But I will still spoil you on my personal Face Book.

As I began this new line three main goals were in the forefront of my vision. The goals are: quality of product, simplistic design, and pieces that flow from one to the next and can be easily interchangeable while maintaining my organic brand. Working with James and Katie of James Stokes Photography And their continued support I learned what works and what causes frustration. As a vendor I wanted a photographers point of view. As a mother I also wanted the point of views from the moms'. I give a huge thank you to Trevee Green of withStyle Photography for lending me her new mommy ears. Each piece is not only prop ready from mini blankets { photo images coming soon from Cassie Allen of Cassie Allen Photography} to beanies but they are also an everyday wear item. Machine washable and super squishy soft made from cashmere blended with merino wool.

We all know the bottom line is also very important for new mommies and for photographers. I took some time and researched how to purchase high quality organic and or sustainable fiber at a reasonable price point to be able to bring you premium products at great prices. The new price points for the Back to Basics Line are simple. Just think in the number of five. From $5.00 to $25.00 you will find something you will love and cherish { this does not include the woodland merino wool collection}.
How to purchase just became even better. With quick paypal check out your purchases are shipped to you within 3 working days! Custom orders are being processed in the order they are received and I send out a personal email with a time frame. A new and much LOVED feature of the shop is the new I Phone App through Big Cartel that allows me to place orders immediately from my phone. If you see me I can order it right on the spot. How does this help? When I am doing shows and or events there is no need to carry a lot of cash on you! Signing up for a paypal account is super easy and free all you need is an email address for the invoices to be sent to you. Now how much simpler is that?!

I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to the following list of people that have allowed me to spread my wings. Listened to me vent. Cheered me on when I was beyond the tissue box. Showered me with support, love, kindness, and their valuable time.

To my SSS group, thank you for listening, for lending your advise and care of my little shop that has blossomed with you.

To the photographer's that have lent their energy, insight, kindness, and amazing editing and captures of all my products.

To my fans. Oh how I love each and everyone of you! With you my shop is possible. It is because of each of you that I am able to do what I love. I thank you for your support and for valuing shopping small business.

To my North Woods family. I can only say that each one of you is deeply rooted in my heart.

To my family thank you for putting up with me, listening to me, sacrificing your wants so I may go after my dreams!
