I am a knitter and use fiber and my hands to weave rows of goodness for little ones to receive. Sometimes I use patterns and mostly when out and I spot that shop and step inside my brain literally spins a tale. I really have no idea what I will make until it is in my hands and I feel the texture. I become a giddy girl. Yep, my child in me comes out and I get quite silly my kids say.
Multi- Purpose Memories Photography by Stacey Westbrook, specializes in using what we see, touch, taste, and hear as her backdrop to beautifully stated moments captured by her camera.
Using natural light she photographs the beauty without poses and props goes with where her eye sight takes her. Her work tells a story through her view point.
Wrinkles and toes are most adorable! How we all TEAR UP and feel joy at the sight of a newborn. When I was looking through her work I spotted this beautiful image. It is precious and sweet and will hold a lifetime of memories. A babies face gets me everytime. I may be a mother and a grandmother but nothing puts a smile and a cherished thought into my minds eye quicker than a chubby face!
After reading Stacey's story I decided to bring my photographers Wednesday Spotlight to my blog. She is wonderfully gifted person who is also a talented photographer! Read her story and visit her work to enjoy many more photographs captured in time. Thank you to Stacey for participating and for allowing me to share your story.....
My husband and I have been married for 15 years, we have FIVE sons who forever keep us on our knees in prayer….ESPECIALLY as they are growing into young men! We have a strong belief in God, and the death and resurrection in His son Jesus.I have been a full time nurse working outside the home for the last ten years. I recently gave ALL that up to pursue my dream (and prayerfully His plans) for my life…dreams of writing, speaking, and capturing others memories on a lens. For me….it is a ministry! After being the “photographer” for all of our family events, including my sisters wedding in July of 2012 with an every day point and shoot camera, I made that decision to take a leap of faith and buy my first DSLR (“professional”) camera…. I have been chasing cute little smiles ever since!I consider myself a “Lifestyle” Photographer…minimal props, poses and pretending to be happy….I just want to capture beautiful you…..beautifully living! So grab the hubby, the kids, and even the dog to and lets go outside and play.“Beautiful you~ Beautifully Living. Captured with His grace, and My lens!”
